FIXAR 007 conquered Elbrus!

From September, 1 to September 6, 2020, FIXAR carried out an expedition to Elbrus mountain. The task of engineering support of the FIXAR 007 leased by the client was performed in order to update the topographic map of one of the slopes. During the work, it was proved that aerial photography at an altitude of 4500 meters above sea level is not the limit for FIXAR 007 drones.

On the photo: the famous “Shelter 11” Elbrus from the air. The photo was taken by the FIXAR 007 drone from a height of 4379 meters.

Background: Elbrus is the highest peak in Europe. Its height is 5642 meters above sea level. Most of the peaks of the European Alps and mountain systems of America have a mark below 4500 meters.

Video of how it happened can be found on our YouTube channel.
